3PV was in need of an proprietary, online solution for phone company customers in the process of changing phone numbers. Customarily, this process had necessitated the use of a Letter of Authorization that had to be mailed to the customer, signed, then returned by mail.

The solution, an ELA (Electronic Letter of Authorization), was developed by ProblemSolved and patented by our legal team, eliminating 3PV competitors.

Additionally, the Electronic Letter of Authorization saved 3PV over 80% of the cost of completing authorizations using the previous method. Sales of licensed versions of the ELA topped two million in the first year after its development, more than doubling the company's revenue.
